Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as hair accessories if worn) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
